CityCenter
CityCenter is the $11 billion project being built by MGM Mirage with the help of Dubai World. CityCenter is located in between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo. The mixed-use complex will include Aria Resort & Casino which will be the central feature of the hotel, Vdara a 51-story condo-hotel with 1,543 residential units and is scheduled to open October 2009. The Harmon Hotel and Spa which will open in 2010, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas which features 227 condominium residences and a 400 room hotel which will be completed November 2009. And finally Crystals which is CityCenters retail space which is about 500,000 sq ft in size.
